i am filing vacation leave just to finished our special documentation on IT assessment survey. first i filed change shift my co worker because i didn't expect that my next work schedule is a reliever to all on off duty. i thought my next schedule is 2nd shift because my previous 3rd shift. every 11th to 25 and 26th to 10th day of the month was changing of our schedule of duty.

one of our group member was called me that he has a person to be interview, so he needs me to assist on him. our group leader has been already finished one company, so we only need two more company to comply our documentation survey.
